1. Who We Are

WW Poster is operated by Wisdom Weave LLC. This policy covers the WW Poster web dashboard and the WW Poster Chrome extension (“FB Marketplace Auto-Filler”).

2. What Data We Collect

• Account information — email address and name, provided when your dealership admin creates your account.
• Vehicle inventory data— year, make, model, price, photos, and other vehicle details synced from your dealership’s Google Sheet.
• Posting logs— records of which vehicles were posted, by whom, and when, for your dealership’s internal tracking.

3. What Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect browsing history, web activity, or keystrokes.
• We do not collect personal communications or location data.
• We do not collect health, financial, or payment information.
• We do not read or store any content from Facebook beyond interacting with the Marketplace listing form.

4. Chrome Extension Data Handling

The WW Poster Chrome extension temporarily stores vehicle data (specs, photos, and description) in chrome.storage.local solely to transfer it from the dashboard to the Facebook Marketplace form. This data is cleared immediately after the form is filled or if an error occurs. No data is sent to any third-party server by the extension.

5. How We Use Your Data

• To auto-fill vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace.
• To generate AI-powered vehicle descriptions (via Google Gemini API — only vehicle specs are sent, never personal data).
• To display posting history and team activity within your dealership dashboard.
• To send login verification codes to your email address.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. Data is only shared with the following services as required to operate the product:

• Google Cloud Platform — hosting and database infrastructure.
• Google Gemini API — AI vehicle description generation (vehicle specs only).
• SendGrid — transactional email delivery for login codes.

7. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. The database is hosted on Google Cloud SQL with encryption at rest. Access to the dashboard is protected by role-based authentication with JWT sessions.

8. Data Retention

Account and vehicle data is retained as long as your dealership maintains an active account. Posting logs are retained for historical reporting. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at service@WisdomWeave.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
